The nearest re-compression chambers are in Phuket, 50km west from Ao Nang. There is a 24 hr dive medical facility on Nopparat Thara Beach. We do recommend divers have their own dive insurance policy - see our insurance programme for a competitive quotation.
All our Krabi diving boats have emergency evacuation procedures, radios, first aid kits and carry oxygen onboard. Dive computers are provided free of charge. 1 divemaster is provided for every 4 divers.
For non-diving accidents the hotel has a call-in doctor, and there is a hospital 16 km away in Krabi Town.
