I saw a stonefish at one point, I think ... pufferfish, starfish, butterflyfish and quite a lot more of exotic marine life. | |

| Student comments: | Had trouble equalizing but with each dive slow and steady equalization worked out with no problems afterwards... The snorkel was annoying.
Multiple dive sites. Saw moray eels, sting rays and lionfish. Chris was awesome and made the whole experience enjoyable; could not rate him more highly. | |

| Student comments: | The course was very good. The theory part is well structured and we learned the basics. The day in confined water was enough to make us comfortable with the equipment and underwater, as well as simple manoeuvres. Finally, the open water dives were both incredibly beautiful and very pedagogical, as we repeated standard procedures and learned to swim underwater. Throughout all of this, our instructor Alvin was amazing and very supportive, teaching us what we needed to know at the right pace.
Good places! It was good that we went to the southern islands for our first dives as the waters were the calmest. But the best places were the wreck site and Shark Point on our last day, with colourful soft coral and fun drifts. | |

Shark Point was amazingly beautiful. I only hoped that we dived on a day when visibility was better. On Racha Yai and Ko Phi Phi there was not that much diversity in marine life, but it was ok. | |
