Student comments:   The Open Water Course was amazing! It taught me all the things I needed to know in excellent conditions and our instructor Mike was very efficient, very east to understand and follow. I would highly recommend to anyone!!

Our dive sites were unbelievable! So much marine life, I couldn't take photo's quick enough! Beautiful warm water and excellent visibility. Seeing a leopard shark was the highlight for me.

Extremely happy with 'Dive the World' and our instructor Mike, highly recommended.
Instructor comments:   Amazing few days on the Open Water Course, always great to turn up a leopard lhark at Koh Bida Nok in Phi Phi: Congratulations to Megan and Travis.

From: Brooklyn, USA
Course:
Date: 23-25 April 2012
PADI Instructor: Daniel Nichols
OWSI-286115
Student comments:   The course was very informative and entertaining. My instructor was very patient and helpful with me. One problem I encountered was being ill on my second day. It was horrible for me but my instructor was very patient and still taught me a lot, even though I was hurling chunks in the water. :)

I quite enjoyed the dive sites. I saw lots of different types of fish. I would have liked to have seen the sharks at Shark Point but was pre occupied with sickness.

Would definitely recommend Dive The World and Dan to anyone looking to get their Open Water certification.
Instructor comments:   Nancy was easy to teach in the pool and had no problems on the last day, suffered a bit on the 2nd day, being sick all day was not pleasant for her, but battled through it. Well done Nancy!

Student comments:   Mike was easy to understand, explained things well and very thorough.

Dive sites were great, visibility on 2nd day wasn't great. Saw an excellent range of marine life; Pipefish, Cuttlefish, Octopus, Scorpionfish, Stingray, Moray Eel and Triggerfish.

Instructor comments:   Tony was a great student, easy to teach. As a result he was able to see a lot of great under water life. Awesome time.

From: Hong Kong
Course:
Date: 25-27 April 12
PADI Instructor: Michael Clark
OWSI-257165
Student comments:   Pre study course materials and DVD were very useful. Pool session was demanding - temperature, chlorine and no people. Mike was demanding on skills which made the dives increasingly more enjoyable as the skills finally began to sink in.

Stingray, Pufferfish, Stone fish, Scorpion fish, at first dive day 2, strong currents at 2nd dive day 1.

Mike is very patient, explains clearly and instills a lot of confidence.
Instructor comments:   We were able to see a lot of under water life because the skills were done with ease.

Name(s): Samantha V Wong Samantha Wong during her PADI Open Water Diver Course in Phuket, Thailand
From: Hong Kong
Course:
Date: 25-27 April 12
PADI Instructor: Michael Clark
OWSI-257165
Student comments:   Instructor was very comprehensive and patient, especially when completing practical tasks such as clearing mask. I had problems with equalizing and using my hands too much. To overcome them, I tried to stay calmer and focus on my breathing. Instructor emphasized on basic skills, which I think is great for safe diving.

Dive sites visited were good for beginners like me. Felt comfortable at the sites. Marine life sightings overall were great.

Really enjoyed the course.
Instructor comments:   Had no problems with skills, just making that big step into the water and then all else was good. Gave Samantha the nickname 'Hands' but I could not get her to stop using them to swim!

Student comments:   Fun, interesting course and professional instructor. Sea sickness posed some problems but mind over matter and I managed to overcome it.

Nice, beautiful dive sites although visibility not at its best. Saw Jellyfish, Seahorse, Pufferfish etc.

Professional and friendly, strict when required. I personally liked this since diving can be life threatening if taken to lightly.
Instructor comments:   Sea sickness was an issue for Jason, but a tablet sorted that out on the third day.

Student comments:   Great course, good instruction. We completed our pool work 3 weeks ago in USA and had forgotten several skills. Skills and confidence increased with each dive.

Saw multiple fish species, Moray Eels, Starfish, etc.

Great programme, the instructor (Mike) was very good, took the time to make sure we really understood what we were doing and the reasons for it.
Instructor comments:   Good finish; had some trouble with mask clearing and staying calm but was able to relax and finish strongly at the end of day 2.
